Lynn worked with three of the top twenty-five insurance companies, as marketing director of a major credit union, administrator for two mega-churches, and with a leading sub-prime mortgage company.  As a business management consultant, he developed business plans, marketing plans, strategic plans for startup to mature companies in a wide range of industries.  He assisted in the location of expansion capital, joint ventures, turn-around and strategic alliances.  He conducted management training programs, and internal audits of policies and procedures.

Prior to forming Eagle, he spent four years researching Internet investment scams, fraud, and Ponzi’s. He quickly learned the vast majority of the public was ill-advised in investment knowledge, and were ripe to be victims of scams, fraud, and Ponzi’s.  He also learned that federal law enforcement agencies had moved many of its white collar crime investigators to Homeland Security issues.  A scenario that was ripe for the Internet investment criminal to operate almost with impunity.

Seeing this need, and with the assistance of team members and many volunteers, he formed Eagle Research Associates, Inc. to educate the public and to assist federal law enforcement agencies with the results of Eagle’s research in shutting down these illegal programs.

He is a graduate of Ball State University with a degree in Business Administration and Political Science.
