Kajabi Access is the latest offering from Kajabi, designed to help you maximize your success on the Kajabi platform. With exclusive benefits like dedicated 1:1 Success Sessions with a Customer Success Manager, access to the Kajabi Code Editor, weekly Hero Hub office hours with the Customer Success team, double the offerings on your current Kajabi plan, and early access to the latest Kajabi features and products.

You can add Kajabi Access to your existing Kajabi plan for $99 per month. It is available as an add-on to all monthly and annual plans.

If you’re new to Kajabi, you will be able to select a plan with the Access add-on as a free trial. You’ll be able to experience most of the Access benefits during your trial, with the exception of the 1:1 Success Sessions with the Customer Success team, which are not available until after your trial is complete and you’ve activated your paid account. There is no free trial of the Access add-on for existing Kajabi customers.

Within the Kajabi app, under Account Settings there is a portal titled Kajabi Access, where you can schedule calls with the Customer Success Manager of your choice.

Call credits expire one year after being issued.

You will have all your Kajabi Access benefits during the trial stage, with exception of the 1:1 Success Session calls. Those will be made available to you upon trial completion when you activate your paid account. You will have the option to end your trial early to take advantage of them sooner.

Although the cost of adding Access to your membership is $99 per month regardless of monthly or annual, you can still take advantage of a X% discount on your core by switching to annual.

To start, Hero Hub Office hours will be hosted 8 am to 12 pm, and 1 pm to 5 pm Pacific
Time, and will adjust over time as needed to be suitable for all Access members.

Your Success Session calls are free to schedule on your terms! In the Access portal in the app, you’ll be able to schedule time slots with the Success Manager of your choice. Access members on an annual plan are given the ability to schedule their Success Session calls throughout their plan term, while Access members on a monthly plan will be issued a Success Session call credit every other month.
